She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Sturrock and Eliza Sturrock; her husband Murvel Lee Hopson; her sister Katherine Barnes; her brothers-in-law, James Stafford (Velma), James F. Hopson and Vermon H. Hopson; and her parents-in-law, Georgia Ethel Davis Hopson and James Finnis Hopson.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Marlene Hopson of Colmesneil and Garry Alton Hopson of Colmesneil; and her brother-in-law Preston Barnes of Chester. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & a host of friends.
