He was predeceased by: his parents, Genovefa Kovar and Edward Kubecka; and his siblings, Angela Vasek, Edward Kubecka and Richard Kubecka.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kubecka; his children, Belinda Henderson (Bruce), Cynthia Smith (Matthew), Steve Cox (Ladona) and Melissa Poskey (Lee); his granddaughter Brittany Henderson; his children, Bryce Henderson, Austin Smith, Lesleigh Thomas, Nikki Richter, Carre Cox, Heather Williford and Brandon Williford; and his siblings, Gene Kubecka and Anthony Kubecka. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
