He is survived by: his spouses, Cynthia Byas and Cynthia Underwood of Collinsville; his children, Roger F. Underwood Jr, James R. Underwood of Collinsville and Megan C. Denman; his brothers, Greg Underwood and Billy Mack Underwood; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Underwood of Bonham, Robert D. Byas of Van Alstyne and James D. Byas of Dallas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
