He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pedro Oranday and Francisca Pina Oranday; his wife Maria Jimenez of Collinsville; his children, Ernesto (Cindy Oranday) of Yancey, Oscar Oranday Jr. of Collinsville, Victor (Erika Oranday) of Tioga, Texas and Leticia (Edward Del Bosque) of Collinsville, Texas; and his siblings, Pete (Gloria Oranday) of Bandera, Robert (Gloria Oranday) of Yancey, Jimmy (Joann Oranday) of Yancey, Texas, Dora (Armando Hernandez) of Frisco, Lydia (Samuel Hernandez) of Celina and Erlinda (Sebastian Deleon) of Hondo, Texas. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
