He is survived by: his children, Michele Salazar, Bryant of Anna, TX and Michael Maciuba of Forney, TX; his grandchildren, Kody Maciuba (Michelle), Marisa Sanchez (Rigo) and Lexiss Grieco (Brenden); and his great grandchildren, Michael Decielo, Tao Maciuba, Uriel Maciuba and Sage Sanchez. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
