She was predeceased by: her mother Darlees Maxie; her husband H. Glen Maxie; and her siblings, Ben, Charlie, Glen, Dean, Gladys, Norma, Thelma, Lucy, Esther, Frieda and Della June.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Roberts (Robert) of Plano, David Maxie (Robin) of Las Vegas and Greg Maxie (Tamara) of Lovington; and her siblings-in-law, Anice Maxie Dominey (Joe) of Cleveland and Henry Maxie (Ruth). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (877 E Woodland St, Collinsville, TX 76233). A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Collinsville Cemetery.
Instead of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Oklahoma Baptist Children's Home in her honor.
