She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Fuller and Bertha Mae Lisby Fuller; her husband Willis Steve Turner; her daughter Patsy Manning; and her siblings, O. T. Harry, Buster, Wallace, Jim Fuller, Dorothy Maciel, Ann Ehlert and Elizabeth Terry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Henrietta Turner, Janice Hallmark and Glenda Hughes; her grandchildren, Stephen Hallmark (Sarah), Michael Hughes, Kenneth Manning and Cynthia Perry (Jason); and her sister-in-law Nancy Fuller. She is also survived by 7 great-granddaughters, 3 great grandsons, and many nephews and nieces.
