He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Kennedy and Rosemary Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Tom, Tim and Tiffany; and his stepdaughters, Crystal, Mindy and Shannon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
