With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia J Tarin (Colleyville, Texas), born in Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on April 6, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Phillips and Latchie Phillips; her husband Bill Tarin; and her siblings, JoAnn Fletcher, Doris Norwood and Ray Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Debra MacDonald (David), Toney Snow, Janet Alcedo and Bo Smith (Kevin Konzen); her grandchildren, Brian Allen (Elvira), Stefanie Allen and Matthew MacDonald (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Allen, Maia Minshall, Hannah Allen and Nolan Allen.
