She is survived by: her significant other Fred Chappell; her children, Vickie Chappell of Mena, AR, Debbie Chappell Addy of Mena, AR, Steve Chappell (Michelle) of Dallas, TX, Connie Chappell Millhollon (David), Bettie Chappell Chamberlin of Quinlan, TX and Laurie Chappell of Cumby, TX.; her grandchildren, Phillip Addy (Sarah), Michael Addy, Daniel Addy, Shannon Millhollon, Joe Sanchez, Brandon Chappell, Elliot Chamberlin (Keely), Heather Millhollon Harris (Dom), Rachel Addy Carlson (Tom), Emmet Chamberlin and Eland Chamberlin; and her great grandchildren, Aurora Addy, Lydia Addy, Summer Chamberlin, Kiran Millhollon, Gus Carlson and Winnie Carlson. She is also survived by siblings, their spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews.
