She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Ferrante and Guiseppina Collura; her husband Sam Piazza; and her siblings, Joe, Sarah, Jennie and Esther.

She is survived by: her children, Joyce (Dave Vetkos) of Fort Garland, JoAnn Baker of Oakley, California and Larry (Jennifer Piazza). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Floral condolences in honor of Mildred are welcome, as well as memorial contributions to the SPCA Animal shelter of Dallas.
