He is survived by: his wife Janice Mary Bell Whitley; his children, Matthew Ryan Whitley (Jennifer Cardosa Whitley), Ava James Whitley, Eliana Marie Whitley and Patrick Higgins Whitley (Kristie Kendall Whitley); his grandson Waylon Wallace Whitley; his mother Marjorie Miller Whitley; and his siblings, Norman Lyle Whitley, Brian Wallace Whitley and Marsha Whitley Montgomery.
