He was predeceased by: his father Willis Carl Levi. He is survived by: his mother Paula Levi; his siblings, David Levi (Kathy) and Jalaane Levi-Garza (Daniel); his nephew Adam; and his nieces, Dakotah and Jordan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association DFW Chapter or charity of choice.
