She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Mae Minniken and Clarence E. Headstream; and her siblings, Maebell Minniken Quesnoy, June Pauline Kral, Jesse Woodrow Nunn, Dorthy Don Taylor, Hattie Lee Babbit, Hellen Lanell Cummings, Clarence E. Headstream Jr. and Thomas James Headstream.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Lynn Collins of Dallas and Diana Gail Enty (Don A. Enty MD) of Colleyville; her grandson Corey Enty (Shannon Enty); her great grandchildren, Isaac Enty and Ruby Enty of Colleyville; her grandson Austin Enty (Whitney Enty) of Keller; and her niece Linda Trammell of Bedford. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
