Hawkins; her daughter Kim Renee Meador; her son-in-law John Meador of Colleyville, Texas.; her grandchildren, Cody, Matthew Hawkins, Kari, Caleb, Katherine, Joshua, Joseph and Karoline; and her great grandchild Sloane Meador.
