He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Grace; his grandmother Billie Glenn; his aunts and uncles, Pam (Ed Best), DonAnne (Greg Williford), Bruce (Carobeth Bockhorn) and Joyce (Al Nelson); his cousins, Sarah Casey (Christian), Graham Williford (Lindsey), Lee Bockhorn (Giulietta), Laura Fiedler (Mark), Catherine Nelson and Elizabeth Bateman; and his friends, Brecca Wheaton, Cheryl Meuth and Steven Brown.
