He is survived by: his mother Helen Jane McKinney (Batten); his wife Michelle Lynn McKinney (Benignus); his children, Phillip Reece McKinney (Amy Kaye McKinney), Trevor McKinney (Bailey McKinney) and Madeline McKinney; his grandchildren, Phillip Cade McKinney, Cason McKinney, Graham and Millie McKinney; and his siblings, Cole McKinney, Charles McKinney, Judy McKinney Maddux and Bert McKinney. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
