He was predeceased by: his brother Danny; and his parents, Susan Paynter and Robert. He is survived by: his children, Susan, Robert McGuire, Sr. and Nick; his wife Fran of Cameron, Texas.; his son Daniel; and his grandchildren, Chase, Morgan and Mason.
