She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Grady Pennell Jr. (Pat Pennell) of College Station, Julia Pennell of Snook and Jeff Pennell (Hellen) of Austin; her grandchildren, Grady Pennell III, Avery Waggoner, Josh Pennell, Riley Pennell, Amber Medrano, Ashley Braden, Ava Pennell and Hannah Pennell; and her sister Anne Cochran. She is also survived by seven great-granddaughters, three great- grandsons.
