She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Bivens and Iola Bivens (Kennon); her husband David; her sisters, Camilla Meador and Jean Eppler; and her brothers-in-law, John Meador, Cecil Ebersold and Ted Mayo.
She is survived by: her children, Kim David (Susan) of Groesbeck, Henry Mayo (Sandra) of College Station and Sandy Thoede (John) of Houston; her grandchildren, Cassie Dieudonne (Aaron) of Houston, Zack, Randa Shriver of Groesbeck, Sarah Wines (Brad) of West, John Mayo of Austin, Brian and John Thoede of Houston; her great grandchildren, Vance, Sidney Dieudonne, Kelsi, Corleigh Shriver, Emalynn Shriver, Brayden and Brianna Wines; her brother John Bivens (Beverly) of Germantown, TN; her sisters-in-law, Suzanne Ebersold of Gallatin, TN, Pat Mayo of Fairfield, Krystal Thorn (David) of Carlos and Sarah Coker (Randy) of College Station; and her niece Jennifer White (Donnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory (3001 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Jane and David enjoyed ten more years of good health together, before his Alzheimer's disease became apparent.
