He is survived by: his wife Anne Parsons O'Neill; his children, Cynthia (Len Smith) of College Station, Kelly O'Neill of Dallas, Karen (Joe Seago) of Bryan and Kevin Jr. (Susan O'Neill) of Bryan; his siblings, Brian O'Neill of Tucson, AZ and Judy O'Neill of New York City; his grandchildren, Nathan, Benjamin, Samuel, Molly Seago, Kristin and Austin O'Neill; and his siblings-in-law, Donald and Frances Parsons of Bryan. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
