It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Rudolf Vilas of College Station, Texas, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert Henry Vilas. He is survived by: his son John Walton Vilas (Julie); his wife Jean; his granddaughter Gretchen Dowdy (Philip); his great grandchild Benjamin of Millican; and his granddaughters, Martha Vilas of Bryan, Bridget Vilas of Bryan, Stephanie Vilas of Bryan and Claire Vilas of Bryan.
