He is survived by: his wife Lucia Torres; his children, Francisco Javier Ortiz Torres (Maria), Jorge Ortiz Torres (Kassandra), Jesus Eduardo Ortiz Torres (Maria), Alma Lucia Ortiz Torres (Toyo) and Monica Ortiz (Osvaldo); and his mother Irene Rangel (Rangel). He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters; nine beloved grandchildren; as well as a host of other family and friends.
