In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Buck leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Buck may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Alvin Isbell and Fannie Belle Grant Isbell; and his former wife Carrie Buck of Old Washington. He is survived by: his wife Virginia McKenzie Isbell; his daughters, Donna (Dick Shadowens) and Nancy (Dean Heard); and his stepchildren, James McKenzie, Mary McKenzie and Martha (James Beaman). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Friedens Church Cemetery (20301 FM 1155, Washington, TX 77880). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (3100 Cambridge Dr, Bryan, TX 77802).
