He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Lay and Ruby Lay. He is survived by: his children, Diane (Jay Caton), Tammye (Mark York) and Todd (Diane Lay); his grandchildren, Lauren Caton, Heather Caton, Brooks Caton, Lindsay York Maloney (Ryan), Abbey York, Ryan York (Rachel) and Celeste Lay; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Maeve and William Maloney; and his wife Louan Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and sister in law.
