He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elvis Cline Satterwhite and Geraldine Satterwhite (Sandra); his brother Steve Satterwhite; his stepson Mark Rogers; his wife Ann; his daughter-in-law Mindy Satterwhite; his stepdaughter Pam Rogers; his grandchildren, Grace, Piper Satterwhite, Avery Lubbers, Anthony and Sean Rogers; and also, Jan Mullican and Gay Lynn Testut.
