With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Douglas Bell formerly of Coleman, Texas, born in Lindsborg, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Bell and Clara Bell; his wife Jeanene; and his siblings, Bonnie Ruth, Mary Sue, John, Lewis, Harold and Truman.
He is survived by: his son William Douglas Bell II; his grandchildren, Melanie Jane and William Douglas Bell III; and his great grandchildren, Jaden Squires, Keira Squires, Noah Squires, Jackson Bell and Preston Bell.
In honor of his passion for veterans and their families, donations can be made his name to the VFW Foundation, VFW National Home, or VFW Children's Home.
