He is survived by: his children, Lisa Jenkins of San Angelo, David Jenkins (C. J.) of Slaton and Elizabeth Strebeck (Mark) of Orange; his daughter-in-law Terry Jenkins of Sherman; and his siblings, Floyd Jenkins, Jr. of San Angelo and Claris Billings of Coleman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
