We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 91, Viola Claiborne of Coleman, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Phillips and Lena Mae Woods Phillips; her husband Harold Claiborne; and her siblings, Elva Phillips, Joe Phillips, Cecil Phillips, Stanley Phillips, Gina Marie Phillips and Ophelia Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Michael Claiborne, Terry Dean Claiborne (Shelia), Patricia Lynn Claiborne Cloud (Jerry) and Evelyn Kay Claiborne White (Stephen). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Funerals are currently a public event being held during the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The family has requested that memorials in memory of Viola be sent to your favorite charity.
