He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Stuart; his children, Miryanna Stuart, Christie (Bobby Junge), Sharlie Sellers-Stuart, Anthony Parks-Stuart, Scott Stuart (Vanessa Thorton), Landen Benson-Stuart (Katlynn Botaw), Kylie Benson Stuart (Dakota Holliday), Brandy (Chris Loyd), Luisa (Joe Harrell), Amanda Hubach (Kelly Watson) and Vera (John Campbell); and his brothers, Glen Stuart (Barbara) and Richard Stuart (Dana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
