He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dalton Lee Davis and Lanelle Davenport Davis; his wife Jimmie Gail Davis of Coleman; his son Cody Dane Davis of Kalamazoo; his stepchildren, Amber Bouldin (Monty) of Fisk, Cody Slate (Candace) of Sterling City, Haley Cook (Boone) of Early, Travis Slate (Brandi) of Coleman and Julie Rae (Fuzz) of Gouldbusk; and his close friends, Dale, Betty Watson, Sherry Stewart, Dean Hogsett and Jim Harmeyer.
