Smith, AR, Cooper Snowden of Philadelphia, PA and Lani Elliott (Grant) of Little Rock, AR; and his siblings, Karen Walker of Van Buren, AR, Donna Woten (Larry Woten) of West Plains, MO and Ricky Lynn Pannell of Brownwood. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
