He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rodgers and Sudie Rodgers; and his grandson Todd Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Maedelle Rodgers; his close friend Maedelle Rodgers; his daughters, Mignon Braun (Darrell) of Odessa and Ginger Hardage (Kelly) of Dallas; his granddaughter Andrea Halloran of Midland; his great grandchildren, Melony Nellums, Ian Halloran and Maggie Halloran; and his great great grandchildren, Jaxx and Nova Nellums.
To protect each other from CoVID-19 infection, we ask that you comply with social distancing guidelines as well as Governor Greg Abbott's request that a face covering be utilized. Funerals are currently a public event being held during the national response to this pandemic.
The family requests that memorials be made to Gouldbusk Baptist Church, Box 55, Gouldbusk, TX 76845 where RV was a deacon and lifelong member.
