Nina Childress Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2021, at the age of 78, Nina Childress of Coleman, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Bernice Richardson Dawson (Howard "Coach" Childress). She is survived by: her husband Howard "Coach" Childress; her sons, Reggie Childress (Naomi) of Tomball and Michael Childress (Delma) of San Angelo; her grandchildren, Michael Anthony Childress, Marcel Childress, Matthew Childress and Alyssa Nicole Childress; her great grandchild Alyssa Marie Childress; and also Oretha Jordan of Abilene.
Memorials are suggested in memory of Nina to the Coach Childress Scholarship Fund at the Coleman Community Foundation, C/O CFA, P.O Box 1001, Abilene, Texas 79604.
