He is survived by: his parent James Wallace Gallaher, Jr.; his wife Sherry; his children, Constance Burnham (Ken) of Midland, Stephanie Harris of Midland, Kristy Payne of Santa Anna and Michael Lee Gallaher, Jr.; his wife Christy of Midland; his mother Charlene Buendel of Coleman; his stepfather Charles Buendel of Coleman; his brothers, Jerry Wayne Gallaher of Springtown, Dennis Ray Gallaher of Corpus Christi and Tony Carpenter of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Trace Burnham, Dana Fletcher, Kate Burnham, Ryann Gallaher, Brody Gallaher, Rush Gallaher, Maddie Harris, Christopher Harris and Rainey Payne; and his stepsiblings, Charlie Buendel (Joyce) of San Antonio and Sharon Buendel of Pleasanton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
