It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Crain of Coleman, Texas, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowers and Claudia Smith Bowers; her husband George B. Crain; her siblings, Mary Leo Massey, John Henry Bowers, Jr., Foster Bowers, Floyd Bowers and Rodger Bowers; and her grandson Chris Crain.
She is survived by: her children, John Edward Crain of D'Hanis, Malcolm Warner "Bubba" Crain of Coleman, Jeffery Allen Crain of Cotulla, Robert Franklin "Smokey" Crain of Hydro, Georgeanna Chevis of Pawhuska and Weida Crain of Coleman; and her sisters, Gerry Mitchell of Freeport, Claudia Jean Spears of Angleton and Patricia Smith Morrison of Needville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
