He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Connelly Anderson and Marie McClellan Anderson; and his sister Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Anderson of Coleman; his children, Lisa Birdwell, David, Brynn of Monahans and Jodie (Sandra Anderson) of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Callie, Matt Ervin, Ace, Wade, June of Eastland, Tanner Anderson of Johnson City and Will Anderson of Waco; his son Alan (Robin Anderson) of San Leon; his grandchildren, MacKenzie of Tyler, Maycie of College Station, Beau of Klamath Falls, Samantha and Tyler Edwards; his children, Tucker, Isla of St. Thomas, Erica Clark of Addison and Charlie (Brooke) of Bacliffe; his aunt Wanell Thomas of Coleman; and his sister-in-law Virginia Straughan of San Antonio. He is also survived by other extended family members and many special friends.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Coleman County Youth Activity Center, P. O. Box 766, Coleman, Texas 76834; St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-9959 or the donor's favorite charity.
