He is survived by: his parents, Leary Webb and Beulah Berry Webb; his wife Carolyn Webb of Coleman; his sons, Thomas Joseph Webb, Jr. of Spicewood, Gene Barnett Webb (Michelle) of Cedar Park and Richard Hayden Webb of Puerto Escondido, Mexico; and his brother Gene Webb of Coleman. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
