He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Carlton Bartley and Patsy June Downey Bartley; and his wife Carolyn Wilson. He is survived by: his brothers, Mickey Bartley (Alyce) of Temple, Rickey Bartley (Rachel) of Coleman and Tracey Bartley (Kay) of Longview; his stepson Steven Monroe of Coleman; and his stepgrandchildren, Tori Monroe and Megan Monroe.
