With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deloroes Blackwell Guice of Coleman, Texas, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pierce "Jack" Duncan and Berta Lee Riley Duncan; her husbands, Howard Blackwell and Rudell Guice of Doole; her sister Jacqueline; her brother-in-law Virgil Stewardson; her son-in-law Ronald Stevens; and her nephews, Bernie Lee Blackwell and Bobby Blackwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara (Ray Dockery) of Paint Rock, Diana (Ted Ford) and Brenda Stevens of Coleman; her grandchildren, Lynne (Jason Dillard), Dan (Jodie Dockery), Traci (Matt Odom), Kelli (Ryan McDonald), Scotty Ford, Brent Ford (Angie), Christie (Josh Smith) and Justin (Laura Stevens); her sister-in-law Ellie Guice; her nieces and nephews, Patty Jo Mendenhall, Linda Blackwell McKnight, Roy Don Blackwell and Rickie Caudle; and her close friends, Sandy and Barbara Neal. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
