She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Leatherman and Lola Leatherman; her daughter Stacie Fowler; and her sisters, Patsy Dicus and Virgina Gibbard.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Fowler of Coleman; her daughter Terri Fowler of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her siblings, Lee Leatherman, Jr. of Brownwood and Wanda Jackson (Lonnie) of Coleman.
