It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Irene Griffin of Coleman, Texas, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Billy Clifford McMillan Sr. and Marthena Cleo McElrath McMillan; her husband Leon Wayne Griffin; her brothers, Bill McMillan, Jr. and Foster McMillan; her children, Marcy Griffin of Fisk, Bryan Griffin of Fisk and Kristi Kuykendall of Bangs; her grandchildren, Yancy Otts (Lauren), Griffin Otts (Shanel), Ethan Griffin (Selina), Devin Griffin and Damon Griffin; her great grandchildren, Braxten Otts, Tinley Otts, Kooper Griffin, Kori Griffin and Sophie Mac Otts; and her siblings, Fran Spradlin (Charles) of Lake Brownwood, Kent McMillan (Stephanie) of Branson, Greg McMillan (Ella Mae) of Lake Brownwood and Bret McMillan of Alvarado. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
To protect each other from the COVID-19 infection, we ask that you comply with the CDC Social Distancing Guidelines as well as Governor Greg Abbott's request that a face covering be utilized. Funerals are currently a public event being held during the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
