It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Witt of Coleman, Texas, born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dean and Virgil Dean; and her siblings, J. P. Dean, James Dean, Bobby Dean, Billie Dean and Beatrice Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Gatlin of Temple, Betty Conner (Neil Conner) of San Angelo, Woody Epperson (Toni Epperson) of San Angelo, Oscar Epperson of Coleman, Charles Witt (Sylvia) of Tawakoni and Alvin Witt (Donetta Witt) of Mineral Wells; her close friend Michael Funderburg; and her grandchildren, Miranda Drake, Deann Hubble, Daniel Epperson, Clinton Conner, Niki Bancroft, Nathan Conner, Chet Witt, Brian Epperson and Amanda Nast.
