He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl David and Lottie Mae Cooper (Pokrus); and his brother Jim Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cooper (Carey); his daughter Sarah Cooper Bethscheider; his grandson Zachary; his daughter Lisa Cooper Miller (Nathan); his stepdaughters, Brittney Pfeiffer and Nichole Pfeiffer Frias (Enrique); his stepgrandson Hudson; his siblings, Mark Cooper (Annette) and Sherri Cooper Moore; and his sister-in-law Diane Cooper.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038). A reception was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at 10825 N Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77038.
