He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswell Rash and Joyce Rash (Nevinger); and his siblings, Robert Rash and Rita Ivy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rash of Coldspring, Texas; his children, Jennifer Hanagan of Jacksonville, Florida and Ray Paul Rash of Tampa, Florida; his sister Risa Ivy (Glenn) of Livingston, Texas; and his stepchildren, Ranae Pitts (Wyatt) of Livingston, Texas, Ryan Leloux (Amber) of Coldspring and Randy Leloux (Hope) of Tarkington, Texas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
