He is survived by: his sister-in-law Betty Shepherd; his nephew Bruce Shepherd; his nieces, Julie Smith (Kenn) and Sabrina Buniva (Pete); his cousins, Morris Bales and Sue Ann Locke; and his nieces-in-law, Misty Myers, Leigh Ann Tyroch and Erin Chumley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
