He was predeceased by: his brother Stetson DeChaume; and his grandfather Jim DeChaume. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy DeChaume and Heather DeChaume (Bailey) of Eula; his siblings, Mason Merritt of Atchison, Jackson DeChaume of Eula, Remington DeChaume of Eula and Evangeline DeChaume of Eula; and his grandparents, Deborah Adams (Paul) of Joshua, Randy Bailey of Cresson and Neomi Bailey of Waco. He is also survived by four uncles and eleven cousins.
