He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Acklin; his children, Matt Acklin (Keely) of Abilene, Scott Acklin of Abilene and Georgeanne Self of Las Vegas, Nevada; his siblings, Billy Acklin (Faye) of Pisgah, Mike Acklin (Donna) of San Angelo, Vickie Moskwa (Bill) of Durant and Lanna Adams (Mike) of Albany, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Justin Tabor (Haley) of Abilene, Kyera Smith (Matt) of Abilene and Stephanie Davidson (D. J.) of Abilene. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
