We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2020, at the age of 57, Wayne Elkins (Clyde, Texas), born in Texarkana, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Williams; and his mother-in-law Vivian Bush. He is survived by: his father Phil Elkins (Vicki); his wife Tina Elkins of Eula; his daughters, Brandi Moeller (Zach) of Eula and Nikki Elkins of Eula; his brothers, David Elkins of Abilene, Roger Elkins of Massachusetts and Damon Elkins (Kim) of Conway, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Brynlee and Brystal Moeller; and his father-in-law Bobby Jack McCowen of Cross Plains. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
