She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. Ralston and Alice Ralston; and her husband Dub Cutbirth. She is survived by: her former spouse W. T. Cutbirth (Dub); her children, Brenda Bollinger (Bill), Dennis Cutbirth (Sharon) and Gina Spivey (Mitchell); and her grandchildren, Robbe Everett (Ryan), David Bollinger (Jaren), Courtney Williams (Dustin), Amanda Hamilton (Paul), Taylor Johannesen (Eric) and Kim Carter (Tyler). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to American Cancer Association.
